Chris Buehler has fifteen years’ experience developing creative strategy for global brands, including Anheuser-Busch InBev, MillerCoors, NASCAR, and Coca-Cola. He founded SCORCH in 2009 with a vision of creating an agency fueled by personal brands and strategic thinking. Today, Scorch is nationally recognized for its Branding, Digital Marketing and Social Media services.

Prior to joining Scorch, Nila Paradowski was responsible for building Paradowski Creative into the largest independent creative agency in St. Louis—a firm known for its award-winning work and customer centric practices. Her experience also includes multiple corporate communications roles for Peabody Coal Company where she developed local as well as international marketing programs for internal and external audiences. Nila is responsible for account leadership and new business development.

Dan McCarthy has over nine years experience as an agency Art Director. He has worked with clients of every scale, from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. His creative knowledge spans identity design, print advertising, package design, environmental design, trade-show design, website design and social media. Dan got his start studying art and design at Washington University, where he played four years of football. Dan is also an accomplished painter who recently published a children’s book called “A Cardinal’s First Game.”
