A strategic business partner competent in translating business objectives in a rapidly evolving environment she focuses on resource management, allocation and long-term financial planning. Michele’s role as Agency Director means she wears many hats. Michele enjoys a busy family life with her husband and three children. Her weekends are filled with softball games, shuttling her teenage daughter here and there and oh yeah keeping up with her 3 year old son too – quite the juggler.

He enjoys his work in marketing, search and social media and has proven that he is a tenacious force in the interactive arena. Ivan has proven success across various industries including management experience with multi-million dollar Pay-Per-Click Marketing campaigns. A Certified Google AdWords Advertising Professional and Google Ambassador since 2006, Ivan can be found online pretty much everywhere.

Dan McCarthy has over nine years experience as an agency Art Director. He has worked with clients of every scale, from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. His creative knowledge spans identity design, print advertising, package design, environmental design, trade-show design, website design and social media. Dan got his start studying art and design at Washington University, where he played four years of football. Dan is also an accomplished painter who recently published a children’s book called “A Cardinal’s First Game.”

Ashley manages and coordinates client campaigns for SCORCH. Her passion for social media and her prowess to create engaging content is fueled by her degree from the Mizzou School of Journalism. She is the point person on daily client coordination and develops our social media accounts with tenacity. An experienced media planner and public relations specialist, she can often be found glued to the glass at center ice with her favorite sports team, the St. Louis Blues.

Having managed in the retail sector for a number of years, Tierney Knigge is no stranger to client relationship management. She came to Scorch with a talent for social media strategy acquired as a Web Merchandising and Social Media manager for a local retail franchise. She began her career at Lindenwood University with a desire to become the next Kate White and left with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism.
